Wayne A. Glass' Obituary
Wayne A. Glass, Sr., 71, of Fayetteville, died Tuesday, February 14, 2012 in Fayetteville.
He was born December 1, 1940 in Greenwood, Arkansas, the son of William Allen and Oleta Martin Glass.
He liked to hunt and fish and was an avid gardener.
He is survived by his wife, Faye Glass; four sons, Wesley Glass, William Glass and Anthony “Tony” Glass all of the home Wayne “Sandy” Glass, Jr. and partner Mark McMillan of Melbourne, Australia; a daughter, Kimberly Armagost and her husband David of St. Joseph, MO; a step-daughter, Darla Litterell and her husband Darren of Huntsville; a step-son, Eric Clark and his wife Charla of Fayetteville; a sister, Mary Nell Pettypool and her husband Melvin of Syracuse, UT, nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and a cousin, Charles Glass and his wife Betty of Fayetteville.
Visitation will be held prior to the funeral service from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 18, 2012 at Moore’s Chapel. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday at Moore’s Chapel with the Rev. Loyd Thomas officiating. Interment will be in Elm Springs Cemetery, under the direction of Moore’s Chapel.
