William Allen Lowry's Obituary
William Allen Lowry, age 69, of Fayetteville, died Friday, September 14, 2012.
He was born June 17, 1943 in Shirley, Arkansas, the son of Jack and Ina Lowry. He was preceded in death by a sister, Frances Diane Fernbacher and a brother, Robert Lowry.
He retired from the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Fayetteville and was a U. S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War.
He is survived by his wife, Phyllis Lowry; four daughters, Angela Lowry of Fayetteville, Jennifer Cearley and her husband Jeff Hughes of Seattle, WA, April Park and her husband Robert of Decatur, AR and Catherine Lowry of Fayetteville; a sister, Shelba Norene Peden of Choctaw, AR; two grandchildren, Anna Cearley and Connor Park and an uncle, Joshua Beckham and his wife Mary of Vestal, NY.
A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, September 17 at Moore’s Chapel and burial will be in Fayetteville National Cemetery.
