For old times and old memories.
I only recently returned to Arkansas as a retiree and heard of Bubba's passing. He was an incredible person and I shared a lot of fun times over a short period of time with Bill and Charisse at the Arkansas Times. He was too young, too good and too talented to be lost so soon. I join a legion of admirers in saying he will be missed and always thought of with love and respect.
Charisse,By accident, I just found out about your loss. Remember, he was a friend of mine and the news truly hit me hard. I wish I could have done more for you, particularly after your wonderful words of condolence after my mother's death. Getting that card from you was the greatest light I had in that awful gloom. Just know that I am thinking of you tonight and always, and remembering a man I really did like a great deal. I know that you were very special to him, and I will always respect him for that.
We are so sorry to hear about Bill. A very cool guy.Orion and Nancy Miller, Memphis.

You'll always be in our heart Bill. We all love and miss you terribly. You were like the brother I never had.
Sending our thoughts, love and prayers for you all, Charisse.
