I worked under Bill at Carroll Electric as a Journeyman Lineman. He was a great guy! I believe everyone there loved Bill. All of the office personnel and all of the other employees. He was a kind man. You could talk to him and not feel overwhelmed. We shared several memories over the phone after he moved to Fayetteville. The last time I talked with Bill was when he called me and told me about Don's passing. He will be missed by many!
Bill was a wonder Neighbor and friend. His demeanor was always friendly and outgoing. He was there to help anyone that need help.. He was a great representative of Carroll Electric presenting himself and the company always in a positive light. He was always fun to be around brightening everyone's day.
Our thoughts and prayers are with Bill's family as they go through this difficult time .

I was very sorry to learn of Bill's passing. He was, that one of a kind, you often hear about. We put our feeble minds together, to try and parlay our sports picks, mostly in football. We won some but also lost. Bill was luckier than me and on Super Sunday, I would let him pick my squares. He told tales of his golf trips with the Forest City boys and family gatherings on Tenkiller Lake. My thoughts are with his family. He left a good mark.

I’ve have so many wonderful memories of fun days on beaver Lake and Rocky Branch Marina! Bill was always a great help to anybody needing any kind of help—parking a boat, loading and unloading carts, getting the women out of the “deep water” and cooking a community breakfast or dinner. He was the nicest person ever putting up with the “nosy Rosies” on the dock! Oh how we would laugh and party!
