William C. Bill Lash's Obituary
William C. “Bill” Lash, 76, of Fayetteville passed away Wednesday, April 22, 2009 at the Fayetteville Veteran’s Hospital in Fayetteville, AR. He was born June 11, 1932 in Kansas City, Mo to Robert and Louise Lash. He served four years in the United States Air Force with the aircraft control and warning squadron. Bill was a member of the Masonic Lodge and Tehama Shrine Temple. He moved to Fayetteville in February of 1984 where he served as branch manager of the Kenworth/Volvo Truck Dealership. He was employed by Ozark Truck sales for 17 years before retiring in 2001. Survivors include his wife, Geneva Lash of Fayetteville, his sister Joyce Lash of Forsyth, Mo; his son Randy Wilson and wife Nancy of Camden Point, Mo; a son, Todd Wilson of Kansas City, Mo; a daughter, Sheryll Marsh and husband Greg of Escondido, CA; and five grandchildren. There will be no visitation and family services will be private. Memorials may be made to the Parkinson’s Foundation or Alzheimer’s Association.
