William David (Bill) Tuck's Obituary
Mr. William David Tuck (Bill), 90 of Fayetteville, AR passed to eternal life Wednesday, November 26, 2003 in Fayetteville. He was born August 13, 1913 in Fayetteville, AR to Charles David and Mary Lucinda (Hutchinson) Tuck.
He retired after 43 years from Frisco Railroad where he was a switchman. He enjoyed coonhunting and the outdoors. He lived in the area all his life. He was a Baptist.
He was preceded in death by his wives Mattie Davis Tuck and Martha Davis Cartwright Tuck, his daughter Betty Tuck Embrey Walden and son-in-law Roy Walden.
Survivors include two sons; Bill Tuck and wife Rosie of Fayetteville, AR, Charles Tuck and wife Beverly of Lincoln, AR, two brothers; Lee Tuck of Fayetteville, AR, Ike Tuck of Rogers, two sisters; Ruth Tunstill of Fayetteville, AR, Agnes Groharing of New Port Beach, CA, six grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be Sunday, November 30, 2003 from 1:00 PM until 5:00 PM at Nelson-Berna Funeral Home in Fayetteville.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Monday, December 1, 2003 at Buckner Baptist Church in Fayetteville with Rev. Larry Mitchell officiating. Burial will follow at Buckner Cemetery.
