... unseen, unheard but always near, still loved, still missed and very dear.
Miss you so much dad. I miss our morning talks and calls. No more Dr. visits and family dinners. I so miss you. Your wisdom, strict rules of life and hard work and and your music will also be missed. You are in a far better place , no pain or suffering and we will all join you some day!

I was privileged to get to know Bill Shook when I was employed at Butterfield Village where he resided. The picture included with the obituary depicts one of the many ways I remember him. He was a regular visitor at the end of the work day to my office where he "practiced" his sax. He would come by and get set up just before the time I was leaving for the day. Enjoyed getting to know him. My thoughts and prayers will be with his remaining family.
Uncle Bill was my maternal uncle whom I will miss and whom I dearly loved. He is in a better place.
