William M. Weatherford's Obituary
Mr. William Morris Weatherford, 86 of Stillwater, OK formerly of Fayetteville, AR passed away Sunday, January 11, 2009 in Lawton, OK. He was born December 8, 1922 in Monticello, AR to Hugh D. and Ollie Mae (Jenkins) Weatherford.
He was the former owner and operator of Acme Typewriter Exchange in Fayetteville as well as a World War II veteran of the U.S. Air Force achieving the rank of Major, a Mason, a member of the Elks Lodge, and a member of Fayetteville Country Club for over 40 years, and a member of First United Presbyterian Church in Fayetteville.
He was preceded in death by his son William S. Weatherford.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Jean Weatherford, one daughter; Jenny Lu England and husband Daniel C. England of Stillwater, OK, four grandchildren; Jacob E. Kaine of Oklahoma City, OK, Hallie E. England, Taylor L. England, and Connor W. Schuman all of Stillwater, OK.
Graveside services will be held 1:00 PM, Thursday, January 22, 2009 at Fayetteville National Cemetery.
