William Lewis Norton's Obituary
William Lewis Norton age 84, of Farmington, AR, passed away Wednesday, March 20, 2024, at his home with his family by his side. He was born March 25, 1939, in Haskell, Texas. His parents, William Clovis Norton and Mary Belle Edwards Norton preceded him in death.
William was a retired air traffic controller and had served as a former member of the Texas Highway Patrol. He loved puttering in his garage, building and fixing things. He was a very organized, meticulous, strong, steady, patient and kind person. William was always there when needed and loved unconditionally.
Survivors are his wife, Holly Norton; his daughters, Caroll Hueller, Chris Kirby, Alison Knox; a lifelong friend, Peggy Norton; a brother Philip Norton; a sister Dollie Havens; six grandchildren, Nytasha, Jacob, Noah, Benjamin, William, and Hannah; and four great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 26, at Hester Cemetery.
