How glad I am to have had Bible Study with Alice and our good friend, Jimmie. Those 2 friends are undoubtly keeping Heaven hopping! She was a sincerely wonderful woman.
She was a very special lady.she will be greatly missed. Our prayers are with the family.
Alice was a terrific lady, a fun golfer, a good friend to Faye Hill and myself when we all worked at the VA Hospital in the early 60's. I'll be thinking of you wonderful children. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
There will never be another Alice! She could always make me laugh even when I didn't feel like smiling.
My wife Betty and I worked with Alice at the VA from early 1978 until she retired. She was a terrific lady who will be missed.
Alice was truly a great friend to my wife and I. A terrific lady with a real sense of humor. I met her when I first went to work at the VA in 1978 and enjoyed working with her until she retired. She will be missed by me and many others..
Alice was so good to me when I went to work at the VA. I worked as relief secretary and Alice was my boss but more than that she was my mentor. She made suggestions that effect my life today. My blessings to her family.
My heart is truly hurting. I love you Meme....
When I was nineteen, Alice took me under her wing when I was hired to work as her assistant at the VA. She was truly a second mother to me. I will never forget her smile, her laugh, her hugs, her stories, her advice, and how much she always made me feel loved. In one's life, there are people along the way who make an important and remarkable difference. Alice was one of mine. I am so fortunate to have had her as a mentor and friend. She was a beautiful soul and just a whole lot of fun! My condolences to the family.
