Arthur Thomas “Tom” Kornegay, 82, of Bentonville, AR died June 27, 2018 in Bella Vista, AR. He was the son of Ed and Marie (Potts) Kornegay and was born September 6, 1935 in Harlingen, Texas.
He is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Jacqueline Kornegay and his parents.
Tom is survived by his son, Garrett Kornegay and wife, Lisa of Vinton, VA; his daughter, Tracy McDonough of Rogers, AR; three step-children, Mike Madison, Lynda Palm and husband, Dan, and Leigh Ann Dewitt and husband, Gene; 12 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; a half-brother, Richard Hoffmann; and two half-sisters, Yolanda (Yoly) Hermosillo and Diana Hoffman.
Memorial Services will be held at 1:00PM, Monday, July 2, 2018 at Stockdale-Moody Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Kurt Boggan officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked donations be made in his name to either the American Cancer Society, Center for Nonprofits at St. Mary’s, 1200 W. Walnut, Suite 2313, Rogers, AR 72756 or Circle of Life Hospice at Legacy Village, 1201 NE Legacy Pkwy, Bentonville, AR 72712.
