I used to visit Betty and make repairs on her house for her. My most memorable, was when I drove our church bus to Springfield, MO. Betty drove up to pick me up, so I could stay with them a couple days. On the way home, the water pump went out, in her car. I hitch hiked a few miles up the highway, to an auto parts store. They loaned me a screwdriver and a crescent wrench. It took me 4.5 hours to replace that water pump on the highway. Had no jack. Impossible situation. We prayed, and eventually got it done. Over the years, we still laughed at that situation !! 😂
We used to visit Betty and her family in Adrian quite often. Visited over by Scott st and then when they moved out by birdsall. Betty and family visited us in jackson. Cousins played and these were good memories. Brother Bob.
I have alot if very good memories of Betty! She helped me a lot through my teenage years and she was very intelligent! She always wanted to.ve a kindergarten teacher z I she always good excellent grades!
I loved Betty with all my heart.we tried keeping in touch over the years.I know she is now at peace with her daughter and I know I will see her one day.R.I.P.my dear friend.I love you
Betty was a wonderful bright neighbor who was married to my brother George. They had 3 beautiful children together. May she Rest In Peace.

Our family went to visit Betty in mountain home and had a great time. We rented a pontoon boat and drove all around the lakes Betty was so happy ang laughing. The visit was fantastic.
Betty was always so smart in school and took the hard classes. Betty was so happy growing up, always wit such a beautiful sister.
