Mr. Cecil French England, 79 of Fayetteville, AR passed away Tuesday, October 19, 2004 in Denver, CO. He was born August 1, 1925 in Pharr, TX to Ray and Goldie (French) England. Cecil moved to Northwest Arkansas as a child and at Read Obituary
Although I didn't have a lot of interaction with Mr. England, I work with his son-in-law, Kim, and know that this was a man who was well loved. I'm sorry my husband and I couldn't be at the visitation on Sunday since we were out of town, but my prayers and thoughts are with his family in this time of great sadness.

I always thought highly of Mr. England he was a pillar in our church for as long as I can remember. He had a great home life. He will be greatly missed. I am a better person by just knowibg him. My thoughts and prayers go to
