The greatest love story ever - my Grandma and Grandpa B.
Gary and I will always remember Clyde, he was a very good man. He would watch our boys play outside as they grew up. He always had the flowers in his yard looking great. We were always jealous, he must have watered them "on the hour"
Our thoughts and prayers are with you Maxine and with your family.
Clyde was a warm and gracious soul, and a wonderful role model! I'm glad to have known him. And I will miss him, but I know he's in Heaven now, celebrating with the angels. I'm just sorry he had to leave us to do it.
I know this was expected, but I don't think any of us are ever really ready, even when we think we are. If you ever need to talk to someone, you know where to find me.
Love, LuAnn
Clyde was special and so is Maxine. They are very much loved by our family. We have so many memories. A lot of happy times. We will always remember the laughter, fun and happy times we had with Clyde and Maxine. Maxine, we will have good times ahead, because Clyde will be laughing with us. I can still hear him call out our names, when he heard our voices and could not see us in sight.
We love him very much.
From the time I was a little girl first entering your piano store in Evelyn Hills, I was always in awe of Clyde and his presence. He was always so dignified and classy. I never had met someone so proud to be alive and loved life the way he did. I looked forward to being able to go and visit and play with the organs and pianos. I was always encouraged and praised by both Clyde and Maxine and it never failed to fill my heart with pride when Clyde would walk by and say "Keep going! Don't Stop You got it!" His encouraging words and praise kept me at it. You both will always have a warm, musical place in my heart. You are the reason I pursued music. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Remember the good times we had with him Joanna....I do!
