Connie May Phillips' Obituary
Connie May Phillips, age 49, passed away Thursday, January 27, 2022 in Rogers, Arkansas. She was born September 29, 1972, in Denver, Colorado.
Connie never met a stranger. She befriended so many over the years and she loved genuinely and with her whole heart. She enjoyed helping others and praying for others while serving on prayer teams. She enjoyed worship and would guide people to God by using her own experiences and faith.
She beamed with pride when she spoke about her children and grandchildren.
Her daughter was a friend, one of her best. Connie enjoyed bragging about her and any type of her accomplishments. She was Katelyn’s biggest fan. She was so happy that Katelyn and Aaron found each other and developed a loving marriage. She always said they were the perfect couple.
Her son was always her baby boy. She loved laughing with him, listening to his theories and was quick to show anyone his picture. She enjoyed their deep conversations about a variety of subjects. She was a big inspiration for him to find his sobriety. She would pray daily for each of her children.
Her granddaughters were the biggest joys of her life. She loved to snuggle with them, play with them and would laugh out loud about the silly things they would say and do. She was a “hands on” grandma and always loved every moment with them. You can see the love for all her babies through her videos; she wanted to capture every memory.
She was very active in a program of recovery and gladly helped several others along the way. She had a servant's heart and wanted to know more about your worries than sharing her own. She enjoyed shopping, would light up a room with her laugh, warm you with her smile and would make others laugh with her made up words. She will be truly missed by so many.
She loved being part of the Phillips family. She enjoyed bragging about her nieces and nephews and always felt loved and accepted into their family. She appreciated the love, support and guidance that was provided by all.
Connie is survived by her husband, Lance Phillips, her children; Katelyn Ashmore and husband Aaron, Austin Rice, and Shelby Sparks, granddaughters; Nora and Everlee Ashmore, Sophie Sparks, bonus granddaughter; Hope Reppond, and the newest baby Ashmore, her loving parents; Mike and Judy Reppond, her sister; Becky Olson and husband Chip, brother; Donny Reppond; her best friend; Justin Davis; nieces; Shayla Pace and husband Jack, and their children Colt and Myla; Hannah Olson, and son Roman, and her fur babies; Brandy, Daisy, Dale-Dale, Stinky Boy, and Sissy.
