My Father In Law was the best and most loving giving man that I ever have known. He was always there for my wife and girls when I was away working. He always led by example with leadership and encouragement no matter what day of the week it was. His door was always open if you needed him for any reason. I’m going to miss the conversations about how he would share about how perseverance and communication is so important in life. There is so much more but I believe he passed the torch to so many that he will forever be a man of God and a resilient man in my heart. I love and miss you so… much… Papa Frye
Mr. Frye was a great man and inspiration to me personally as I began my career at Rausch Coleman Homes. He was kind enough to give a young kid with little experience a chance to start my career almost 20 years ago. He’s a big reason for my success today. I loved his attitude and strong work ethic, one I’ve tried to emulate myself over the years. I really loved his many catch phrases and laughed at them…phrases I now use myself when dealing with young 20 year olds who probably get a kick out of them as much as I used to. I was proud to support him in any way I could and have so much respect for him and his family. He will certainly be missed!
