SAD..DENNY WAS A GOOD FRIEND. I'VE KNOWN HIM SINCE 1970's. AS A DEPUTY SHERIFF WORKING WITH JOHNSON PD, TRAPPED A THIEF IN MY TWO STORY HAY BARN ON OUR JOHNSON RD. BLUEBERRY FARM. I FIRST MET HIM AS A WRECKER DRIVER FOR GERALD BARTHOLOMEW AT MIDWAY WRECKER. WE'VE BEEN FRIENDS SINCE.
PRAYERS FOR HIS IMMEDIATE AND EXTENDED FAMILIES FOR COMFORT.
My thoughts and prayers are with the family. I had the pleasure of meeting Denny in the mid 70’s when I went to work at Fayetteville P.D. His voice on the radio stating he was enroute to my location whenever I needed back-up was music to my ears: Denny was a great Police Officer! Prayers all around!:pray:
