Morriss and I sent our sympathy to you in your mom's passing and to Connell in the loss of his wife of 68 years. When I went to Butterfield to visit, I often stopped by their room in health care to visit. She was a wonderful mother and loved people. We were grateful to get to meet one of her granddaughter's when we went to Israel with the church back 6 years ago...she was so proud of her too.Wish we could have been in Fayetteville for the service but we have responsibilities to our daughter and her son who have some challenging times right now with illness. Craig,Your mother was one of the first people my mother met when we moved to Holly Street, back when. She came to our house, and welcomed the Holcomb family to the neighborhood. My mother never forgot that kind act of hospitality. I have learned that the greatest loss we face in life is that of mother. I am thinking of you and your family at this time.
