Dexter Brown's Obituary
Erma Dexter Brown, age 88, of Fayetteville passed away Sunday January 4, 2015. She was born May 3, 1926 in Everton, Arkansas to Arthur Emsley “Bo” and Bertha Dee Nelson Taylor. She was a member of Central United Methodist Church in Fayetteville. She is preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, Mary Edna Morris, Arthurine Trotter and one brother, Winston Taylor.
She is survived by her husband of 68 years, Connell Brown; two sons, Mark Allen Brown and his wife Elaine Austin Brown of Durham, North Carolina; Craig Jay Brown and his wife Patricia Davis Brown of Fayetteville, Arkansas; one sister, Shelline Williams of Winfield, Kansas; two grandchildren, Ellen Arwen Brown of Little Rock; Leslie Shin Brown of Fayetteville and a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM Friday January 9, 2015 at Moore’s Chapel. Funeral service will be 10:00 AM Saturday at Central United Methodist Church in Fayetteville.
