Garth Nolen's Obituary
Garth Nolen went home to be with the Lord on the evening of March 15, 2021, in Fayetteville, AR. Garth was born in Little Rock, AR, on September 18, 1949, where he lived before moving to Bryant and eventually landing in Fayetteville. He loved riding motorcycles, riding his mountain bike and lifting weights. Garth enjoyed hiking the outdoors, being in the sun and time with his grandchildren. He worked hard to provide for his family serving over thirty years as an engineer with Missouri Pacific and Union Pacific Railroad. Garth was generous with the blessings God gave him and had a deep desire to know and understand God’s Word. He leaves behind some very dear friends who cared for and served him well. He is survived by his daughter, Shelley Reitz of North Little Rock, Arkansas, his son, Clark Nolen(Pam) of Fayetteville, Arkansas; one brother, Terry Nolen(Kaye) of Granbury, Texas; six grandchildren, Austin Reitz, Nate Nolen, Wesley Reitz, Jacob Nolen, Kody Nolen, Andrew Nolen. The family is grateful for the excellent care and compassion shown by the staff and physicians of Highlands Oncology. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make donations to: https://hopecancerresources.org/
