Dear Donna, Doug, and Cheryl

Neil and Donna have been life-long friends with our family. Donna gave my husband and me our wedding shower 57 years ago, and she and Neil have a special place in the heart of our entire family. Neil was always so gracious and kind to me as a girl growing up and a staunch friend of our family when our dad and mom passed away. He and Donna celebrated our good times with us and held our hands during the bad times.

Neil and Donna’s friendship never wavered, and we will miss him. I’m so thankful he was a Christian, and we’ll see him again in heaven.

Dear Donna, Doug, and Cheryl,
It has been such a joy for me to know, love and admire Neil. As a little girl, he seemed a giant of a man to me. As a grown woman, I know that he actually was just a very tall man with a giant of a heart.
I’m so thankful for his friendship with my dad and for Donna’s with my mom. So many memories shared and thankfully, I got to hear about a lot of those recently. They are now a treasure to me.
Neil did things in a big way…..95 years of life, 76 of those married to Donna. Amazing!
