Gordon Neil Danner's Obituary
Gordon Neil Danner, age 95, of Fayetteville, Arkansas passed away Wednesday, August 21, 2024. He was born September 5, 1928, in Elkins, Arkansas to Ernest and Lillian Danner. He was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Amanda Lillian Danner
Neil is survived by his wife Donna Delores Hughes Danner of the home; one daughter, Cheryl Ingram and her husband John of Joplin, Missouri; one son, Doug Danner of El Paso, Texas; grandson, Matthew Cody Danner and his wife Samantha of Los Angeles, California; two great-grandsons, Hank Danner and Gus Danner.
Neil was a veteran of the Korean War serving in the Army Signal Corp. He was a member of the First Christian Church in Fayetteville. Neil was also an avid sports fan and loved the Razorbacks.
Visitation will be 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm Wednesday, August 28, 2024, at Moore’s Chapel. The celebration of life will be held 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm Thursday at First Christian Church in Fayetteville. There will be a private family graveside service at another time.
