Please accept my most sincere condolences on the loss of your beloved Jim, He was a friend while I too worked in the mathematics department. I was a graduate student working on my masters degree & as an assistant instructor in the '60's. Then later as a Testing Administrator in the math department. We had many enjoyable lunches together.

Heartbroken to hear of the passing of Jim. He was such a nice man. I met him years ago at American Tire, where I worked, and he was always a pleasure to be around. The family will be in my prayers.
My condolences to all Jim's family, especially Mike, Pat, Angela, and Fred. Jim was a good friend and we shared many good times at Summerhill racquet club and the King's river over the years. Our sympathy goes to Jim's wife, Barbara, and his children and their spouses. We have fond memories of going through Fayetteville on our cross country travels and visiting with the family. We also had some special times meeting with Jim and family in St. Louis on several trips from Chicago to San Antonio and on our move from New York to Oregon.
