My husband and I knew Bud from way back in the Friendly Tabernacle church days. He has always been a fun guy that with a blessing to have in our lives, even though the years passed and it was just through messages. We we admired his love for the Lord through the years!
We truly pray for his family today and all that love him. Heaven is so real!
Bud was always a special guy who would be hard not to like if you were around him. We go back a few decades to the Friendly Tabernacle Church days.
As the years went on and we all live so far apart, we were able at least to keep in contact through messages and Facebook. We want his family to know that we are truly praying for you today.
We were blessed to know him and be a part of his life.

I have lots of great memories, but the one I will miss the most is getting a random text or phone call just to say love ya and or how are you. Love ya Bud. I know you are rejoicing in heaven with so many loved ones .

Bud was a big brother to me and when I visited uncle Delbert and Berthina at 10 years old in San Jose he didn't ditch me as anyone at 16 normally would. He drove me around in his silver Datsun station wagon and showed me San Jose. He was always kind and gracious. God and our relationship with Jesus always came up in our conversations. And when he found out my wife of 30 years had passed he drove to Owasso from Bella Vista to spend the night with me and comfort me and just be there. He was a great friend and brother and he will be greatly missed and greatly remembered.
He always asked me to wrestle or fight with him. He would take me to KFC.
