Joseph A. Vchulek's Obituary
Mr. Joseph A. Vchulek, 68 of Fayetteville, AR passed away Wednesday, May 19, 2004 in Fayetteville. He was born July 9, 1935 in Seattle, WA to Carl and Stella J. (Aleksa) Vchulek. He was a electronics engineer, a catholic, and was a Retired Captain in the United State Marine Corps serving for twenty two year during the Korean Conflict and two tours of duty in Vietnam.
He is survived by his wife, Mary E. Vchulek, his mother Stella J. Vchulek of Seattle, WA, two sons, Donald Vchulek of Bentonville, AR, Allen Bryant of Springdale, one daughter, Cynthia Carter-Jones of San Diego, CA, one sister, Mary Wells of Lemon Grove, CA, two brothers, Don and Thomas Vchulek both of Seattle, WA, and three grandsons.
Visitation will be held at Nelson-Berna Funeral Home on Sunday, May 23, 2004 from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM.
Funeral services will be held on Monday May 24, 2004 at 1:00 PM in Nelson-Berna Funeral Home Chapel. Burial with Military Honors will follow at National Cemetery in Fayetteville.
