Maxine was my aunt, my mother Joyce's sister. My family and I traveled to Arkansas from Colorado every summer for vacation. We would have bbq's at Bob and Maxine's, fish fries at my grandparents (the Epperson's) cafe, The Eat Shop, and many fun times on the Fourth of July lighting off our fireworks! Maxine and Bob came to Colorado for my parent's 50th wedding anniversary party, we were so glad to see them. I have many happy memories of my aunt Maxine and family I hold so very dear.
