June Carolyn Cross Palmer's Obituary
June Carolyn Cross Palmer, age 60, of Fayetteville, AR, passed away Thursday, May 7, 2026. She was born January 22, 1966, in Pine Bluff, Ar. Her parents James Frank Cross and Gail Cargill Cross preceded her in death.
Carol is the youngest of 4 and was always the outlaw. She loved God and her family, and was brutally honest with both. Carol flew planes, received outstanding achievement in finance at Hendrix and UALR, and was a mother, among many things. Carol never accepted help but always gave it. Her battles with health were beyond comprehension, and yet she accepted, loved, and supported her children and family in whatever hardships came their way. She is welcomed to heaven by her mother and father, and is loved and missed by many on earth.
Survivors are her children, Andrew Palmer (Carly), Jenifer Denton (Saxon) ; her siblings, Jimmy Cross, Jan Cross, Linda Gilmore; two grandchildren, Jaye Palmer and Madeline Palmer.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, May 15, at Nelson Berna Funeral Home in Fayetteville.
