Paul was more full of life than any one I ever knew. The world is a lesser place without him, but heaven just got a lot brighter.
Luann, Chad, Natalie, I am deeply sorry for your loss. It is a heart breaking loss for me as well.
I was very fortunate that Paul was my manager for many of the 31 years I worked for Cargill. He made me a better manager by example. He could turn one of my foulest moods into a good mood just by coming into my office to pass a little time.
He was a great man, a great boss and a great friend.
I didn't get to see him as much as I would have liked the last few years because my chronic headaches makes it very difficult for me to travel, but I loved him and I will miss him for the rest of my life.

We are so thankful for the fun times we had playing golf and the fellowship we had with Paul (and Luann) we feel so blessed to have known him. Prayers for the family.
I had the honor and privilege to work for Paul in multiple locations and positions during my time at Cargill. There is not enough room in this format to list all of the things Paul did for me during those years. I have also considered Paul a good friend. I will miss his laughter and always-present smile.
