Pat...children, grandchildren and all... We grieve with you, but not as those who do not know our Savior and His promises. --- Dave served Him to the fullest! ....We will press on until we all finish our course and re-unite,
Pat - From both Pat and I, you and your family are in our hearts and prayers. Dave was a friend and a mentor to so many - on and off the job. He made us laugh and never met a stranger. We will always carry with us so many wonderful memories of Dave and, especially for me, the life lessons that he shared. May you find peace in knowing that so much of Dave lives on in so many ways through so many others.
I have so many stories and found memories of Dave. While Dave was a mentor of mine also, Dave and his family became so much more. I am just another person that Dave shaped in work and life skills. But Dave was even more, a friend. I have so many fond memories of him, including his bony elbows on the basketball court, making fun of him because he was always Mr. GQ, and so much more. Our friendship expanded to both of our families also, he was like an uncle to my kids, who both loved him deeply, as did Linda and I. Our hearts go out to Pat, Matt, Chris, Dana, Aaron and Ann and of course the extended families. There will always be place in our hearts for the Harvie family, and we will dearly miss Dave.
Condolences from the Yapo family. Even though I really didn't know Dave, it's always sad to hear about a love one from our "extended" high school family passing away. I remember you being a strong person, so I know you'll get through this. You have a lot of family to love you and get you by this.Love, Rudy & Laraine.
Pat and family, please know that my family is saddened and shares in your grief, the passing of one of the truly good guys, we have had the pleasure of knowing. Dave was a work colleague and personal friend of mine as well as my family members. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this time, God bless and keep you.
Patty, I am so sorry to hear of Dave's passing. Way too soon. Sending hugs and prayers to you and your family. Have thought so much this week go our times in Pontiac. Love, Ki
Pat, I am so very sorry to hear of Dave's passing! My prayers are for God's peace....comfort and joy amidst the tears....in his precious name, Love Cynthia McClanahan
Dave was a mentor to me as I started my career as a green 22 year old, and later became a true friend, always with ready with a smile and a joke. But more than that, he impressed on me the importance of faith and family, as he brought me into his house to see what joys a happy marriage and kids can mean. A great role model. Thanks Dave (and you too Pat), for being a great example...RIP
