R. David 'Dave' Harvie's Obituary
R.David “Dave” Harvie, age 73, of Fayetteville passed away May 7, 2016 in Fayetteville. He was born March 21, 1943 in Buffalo, New York, the son of Robert E. and Emajean Wright Harvie. He was preceded in death by his father. He was a member of New Heights Church in Fayetteville, the corvette club, he was a Gate Keeper at the Fayetteville Prayer Room and a Discovery Leader for New Heights Church. He also worked as a salesman for Siegling/Forbo for 45 years He is survived by his wife of 51 years Patricia Harvie; five children Christine Ganas and her husband Nicholas of Baltimore, Maryland, Matthew Harvie and his wife Kelly of Atlanta, Georgia, Dana Hecker and her husband Larry of Mason, Ohio, Aaron Harvie and his wife Allison of Louisville, Kentucky and Anne Slater and her husband Kameron of Siloam Springs, Arkansas; his mother Emajean Harvie of Tampa, Florida; one brother Douglas Harvie of Tampa, Florida; one sister Lin Foa of Annapolis, Maryland; and nineteen grandchildren. Memorial Service will be held 11:00 AM Saturday May 21, 2016 at Nelson-Berna Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers memorials may be sent to Potters House Ministries P.O.
