Lee, I will miss you for the rest of my life. You were the best brother a girl could have. We had so much fun at concerts and I was proud to call you my brother. Not to mention when you played football and ran track. I missed you the minute you transferred to South Carolina and, now, I will not see you until I pass to the other side. I will always carry you in my heart. I love you. Susan
I worked with Lee at Enterprise. He made every day a joy. I loved his great sense of humor and passion for life. Our sympathies to his family. May He rest in peace.

Lee will always be remembered by me as a special "high school sweetheart" who, along with his wonderful family, helped fill a void that I was feeling with the break up of my own family. Lee always had a way of listening and understanding, beyond his young age, and made me feel very special and loved. I was always aware of how much he loved his family as well... (his "Mommy" and Dad, his special little sisters, Beth and Susan, and the dog he loved at that time, "Tinta"). Thank you Shirley, Beth and Susan for sharing Lee with me at a time when I needed him and for allowing me into your family for a time.
I hope your friends and family can help fill what I know will be a void in your life for quite some time, as he was much too young to leave this earth and I know it was surely unexpected by all.

When his family moved to Batesville the summer before ninth-grade, Lee and I quickly became close, lifelong friends. Shirley and Ray treated me like a member of their family; Lee and I teased Beth and Susan as only brothers could. I am lucky and very grateful to have had a friend like Lee: loyal, compassionate, generous, forgiving, and always honest.
I miss my friend.
Mrs. Edrington you raised a fine son! I worked for Lee twice and I truly believe he was the best boss anyone could ask for. He was a good friend and I always considered him my brother. Prayers and condolences to the entire family.
