Had coach at South Dade from 66 to 68. Football, basketball and baseball. Tough but fair man and coach. Will never forget his smile-sneer. Seems like only yesterday the basketball team would take a walk with him. Can still hear his hard leather shoes and him smoking a cigarette. Thanks coach for being there for so many of us with class.
Coach Pepsin was an integral part of our Homestead Community and South Dade High School Family. Very much liked, appreciated and respected by all of us. Farewell to our beloved Friend and Teacher.

i really enjoyed having Coach Pepsin for a coach in football. He was hard on us, but fair, and treated us like his sons. He always had our best interests at heart. Coach was a good man.
I had the privilege of having Coach Pepsin as a coach for all three years of high school. He was a hard-nosed coach and great role model for a generation of young men.
