It was truly a pleasure to have known Trilby for close to 20 years. For the last 9 years that she lived in Russellville I was her Monday bridge partner and we were partners frequently for other games during that time period. She was obviously a very good bridge partner and I always enjoyed her competive spirit. She liked to win and to play bridge at a high level. During that time frame she would share many of her memories of being a military spouse, living in Fayetteville and Russellville and sharing what was going on with her family. I always appreciated her asking about my wife Jean,, two sons and grandson.
It was a joy when she would come to our home and have dinner with us and other friends.
We talked periodically after she moved to Eureka Springs and always talked about the loving care and great food Jane would prepare. It was unfortunate that Covid limited her opportunity to play bridge after the move but she understood. She was a joy to be around I admired her greatly.

I wanted to let you know that I really enjoyed interacting with Miss Trilby, as I called her, during the years she volunteered at St Marys Hospital in Russellville. I have been an anesthesthesiolgist here for many years . Trilby had an exceptionally dry sense of humor and made me laugh about all sorts of things with her insightful observations and quips.
i was sad when she stopped volunteering at the hospital and much more saddened to hear of her passing.
She had a positive impact on my life.

Trilby, you always brightened the room with your presence. I will never forget your stories and the fun times we shared. May God bless you and keep you..
