I spent two years at the McIlroy Bank Mall Branch sitting next to the most wonderful woman in the world. She made each and every day I spent working there a pleasure. I've never met another person like Vee. She was definitely one of a kind. I'm sorry I didn't stay in touch with her through the years. She is often in my thoughts and those thoughts always bring a smile to my face. I loved her dearly.

Vee and I worked together at McIlroy Bank years ago. She was a joy! We all loved our "Vee"! She could brighten your day with her smile & laugh.
She was very proud of her family.
It was truly a pleasure to know her.

I want to Thank You lovely Ladies, and your family for the time that you gave me with your Wonderful, Beautiful, and Funny Woman. She was a high point in my life for the time that I had with her. She talked of the wonderful family she had and their acheiments that they had done, and how Proud She was of them.

I don't know if anyone will read this so many years after her passing but I had to say hello to her loved ones. For some reason I woke up this morning remembering my time at Community Bank in Warr Acres in the early 70's. Googled Vee's name and I was sad to see this obituarycome up. Vee was an absolute joy to be around. At the bank there was Vee, me, Virginia Baker, Billy Orf, Myrna McClellan and Maxine Sproat at the teller line. About two hours in to my first conversation with Vee I discovered she and her ex husband used to own a grocery store in my home town of Pryor Oklahoma! Love ya "Hon"!
