Vetral 'Vee' Silcott's Obituary
Ms. Vetral "Vee" Silcott, 82 of Fayetteville, AR passed away Saturday, April 21, 2007 in Fayetteville. She was born June 8, 1924 in Keota, OK to John Dawson and Lily Lela Greenwood.
She was retired from Community Bank of Oklahoma City, OK in 1989, where she was a bank teller, and was previously employed with McIlroy Bank & Trust in Fayetteville. She moved to Texarkana, AR in 1991 and back to Fayetteville in 1994. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Fayetteville.
She was a loving mother, and adored Nana and G.G. to her family, and is survived by two daughters, Edwina Wilson and husband Jerry of Little Rock, AR, Sharon Crumpton of Fayetteville, AR, four grandchildren, Stephanie Painter and husband Eric of Germantown, TN, Andrea Whitfield of Collierville, TN, Kevin Crumpton and wife Beth of Colorado Springs, CO, Matt Crumpton and wife Tracy of Chaska, MN, and eleven great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, April 24, 2007 from noon until 2:00 PM, with the funeral service beginning at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Nelson-Berna Funeral Home.
Burial will follow at Fairview Memorial Gardens in Fayetteville.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association, The American Cancer Society, Susan G. Komen Foundation or to the charity of your choice.
