Virginia was a very dear sweet friend to me, as well as her Rowland, during my time in high school and college in Eureka Springs and Fayetteville, respectively. They gave me an appreciation for opera, and photography. Her love for her friends and family has permeated my life in the years I have known her, especially each year that she sent her (action packed!) Christmas letters. She will be greatly missed but I am rejoicing that she is in glory with her Savior and Rowland. My deepest sympathies to all of the Davis family on the loss of a truly precious woman.

We are saddened to hear of Virginia's passing. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family and wish we could be with you at this time. We have many great memories of Rowland and Virginia from 1989 through the years they came to the opera. What a blessing to have patrons like the Davis family. I remember so well Rowland taking on task such as our parking area; then seeing a large flatbed truck rolling on to the property with the Gazeebo that we use for ticketing. And then the support for singers scholarships was such a blessing. They have set a great example of giving back to others and doing all possible to enrich our lives with the arts. Inspiration Point will sorely miss Virginia but we know she is happily reunited with Rowland and they have left a great legacy. So sorry to learn of Virginia's death. I remember her coming to Rolling Hills Baptist, joining, and immediately getting involved. She will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with you in this time of loss and grief.
