I sure enjoyed knowing Higgie and really enjoyed playing golf with him the few times I was so fortunate. He was a master of the short game. I have missed seeing him on the course and driving by in his golf cart with his cold beverage always at the ready.
We surely enjoyed the little time we knew Higgie. He was quite a wonderful man. I remember the little things he did at the FCC like starting the fire in the fireplace, etc. He will be missed.
