Wilbur Watson's Obituary
Mr. Wilbur Watson, 95 of Fayetteville, AR passed away Monday, September 4, 2006 in Fayetteville. He was born June 10, 1911 in Waltreak, AR to Johnny Walter and Cynthia Augusta (Harris) Watson.
He was retired from Farm Bureau Insurance Company after 22 years, a member of Central United Methodist Church, a former member of the Washington County Quorum Court, and was the first manager of the Fayetteville Farmers Market.
He is survived by his wife, Irma Watson, two sons, Bob Watson and Don Watson both of Fayetteville, AR, two sisters, Helen Blanton of Dallas, TX, Johnnie Cohen of North Little Rock, AR, and one grandson, Evan Watson of Dallas, TX.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, September 6, 2006 at Nelson-Berna Funeral Home from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Thursday, September 7, 2006 in the chapel of Central United Methodist Church with Rev. Gary B. Lunsford officiating. Burial will follow at Fairview Memorial Gardens in Fayetteville.
